Hi! I’m Cara, wife to Chris and mother to Chloe as well as 2 fur babies, Rocky and Willie. We live in Houston but escape to Rio Frio every chance we get. We are a family that loves the outdoors! While the rest of my family enjoys hunting and fishing, my hobbies include running, crocheting, painting, drawing or exploring a new creative endeavor. I find myself the happiest when I’m helping someone improve their wellness and I just LOVE researching natural methods that can help others feel GOOD again.
