It’s hard to believe it was just a little over a It’s hard to believe it was just a little over a month ago that we were taking our time traveling to NM over spring break. This picture was taken during our stop at @carlsbadcavernsnps. It has been a loooong month since then and feels like a lifetime ago! I’m itching to hit the open roads again and adventure with my little family. But very thankful we are able to make the most of this time together which is an adventure in its own right! • What has your family been busy doing during social distancing and shut downs? Thieves is also what we use to keep our compositing toilet smelling fresh 🚽 • 6+ years ago this was the first household item I ditched and switched. Out with the chemical laden cleaners I had been using for years, and in with the best cleaner I have ever tried! • Do you Thieves?! 🙋🏻‍♀️

He treats his mother (me) with love and respect and is a huge help. Actually the word “help” is a huge understatement. He is beyond helpful! He is a rock to me in many ways... Hanging out with my sister the past couple of days Hanging out with my sister the past couple of days and we always have great conversations! Yesterday we were talking about habits. She and I both have been instructed by a chiropractor and/or physical therapist to spend 10 minute a day doing certain exercises to strengthen problem areas were we experience pain. For her it’s her lower back and for me my shoulder. Do we do these exercises? Nope. Not consistently anyway. Despite having experienced how they can help us. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Why? Because we haven’t established them as a habit. John Maxwell spoke on length about this at the YL convention last week and it was very convicting. Habits add up. Bad habits over time lead to staying stuck, serious health problems, modeling these poor behaviors to our children, etc... Good habits over time get us to where we want to go! They get us to our goals! Living out good habits is living intentionally! And yes, anything worth having is worth working for. It doesn’t come easy. It is an uphill journey but rewarding! Just some food for thought. • • • What are some good habits in your life you are proud of? Or you see fruit from? I’m truly curious!

But these past several days surrounded by beauty and hanging out with @josh4janelle have been amazing! ➕ With five children and a bus we custom built out just for our little family, there is no question that we love family travels. But getaways with my man is always gonna be a favorite of mine! I encourage you to make it a priority to date your spouse and go on adventures together. It’s well worth the hassle of lining up childcare and the hoops you have to jump through to make it happen!
